Q.Where do you hire to?
A.We can hire anywhere! Obviously, the further away you are, the higher the delivery and collection fees will be.
Q.How much is delivery and collection?
A.We charge 40 pence per mile.
Q.Do you deliver and collect the crockery direct to our venue?
A.Yes, we personally deliver it to your venue. We usually deliver it on a Friday for a Saturday wedding and pick it up on Monday. Of course, we are very flexible and work around you though!
Q.Do we get to pick the crockery?
A.Due to our large selection of crockery, we usually just pick it for you. If you would really like to pick it though and select specific items this can be arranged by prior appointment.
Q.Do you wash the items or do we have to?
A.It's up to you! We can wash all of the crockery for you which will be charged £30 or you can do it. Please note that our crockery is not suitable for a dishwasher and it must be washed by hand.
Q.What happens if we break an item?
A.If you break or lose an item of crockery, we will deduct the appropriate amount from your re-fundable damage deposit of £100. Do you hire out to any types of events?
Q.Do you offer a package?
A.Yes, we can style your Occasion for you with China and Vintage accessories. The cost is £5 per person.
Q.How soon do I need to make a booking?
A.If you want to guarantee your date, book as soon as you can. We are happy to hold the date for a £50 booking fee which will be deducted from your final invoice.
Q.I'd really like to book… what should I do next?
A.Please contact us! You can either call us or send an email. Please let us know where your venue is and how many guests will be attending your event. We will then arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements for your Special Occasion.
